01. Family Mediation
Too often, both parties in a crumbling relationship stake out their contradictory positions and refuse to budge. How can a mediator help when this happens?

A mediator listens. A mediator is impartial. A mediator helps the parties identify their individual goals, and the things that aren’t as important. A mediator counsels them towards resolving their own dispute rather than imposing his own. A mediator ensures that weaker parties do not have an unsatisfactory agreement imposed on them. A qualified mediator also identifies the solutions that will be supported by a judicial review if that is required.
